Customer Support Executive-Inbound

PINNACLE ENTERPRISE requires offshore “Customer Service Executives” for its inbound international operations for the evening & night shift.
Excellent English verbal and non-verbal communication skills are required.
Job includes Pure Customer Service Operations for our international clients.

• Handling customers via Live Chats, Inbound Calls and Email Correspondence are the major tasks.
• One may also have the opportunity to coach other team members or move into specific product specialties.
• This is a night shift job, only apply if one can work according to UK/USA business hours.
