The Tanzania Business eVisa is intended for eligible foreign nationals travelling to Tanzania for approved short-term business activities. These can include professional assignments, repairing or installing equipment, short training, auditing, feasibility studies, establishing business contacts, or making investment arrangements. The Business Visa can be issued for a maximum of 90 days and is single-entry. Applicants generally need a passport copy, return ticket, the USD 250 visa fee, and proof of the work or assignment they will undertake. One important point is that a Business Visa should not be used as a replacement for a work or residence permit. If your assignment will last longer than three months, you should check the appropriate permit instead.
