Blue Neon Vape is a fairly new Canadian Pakistani vape brand looking forward to expand nationally starting with Islamabad and Rawalpindi and looking to hire an operational manager for a full time (permanent) position.
We are currently operating one store in Bahria town Islamabad and will be expanding in the twin cities in near future.
Experience in management would be an asset but will be trained thoroughly.
Responsibilities include Bookwork, Managing store inventory/orders, Looking over employees and Sales manager performance, Reporting to the CEO regularly or when needed, Managing BackEnd software of the brand(Training will be provided), Daily Banking(Deposits), Hiring and Terminating Employees and General Upkeep of the Brand.
Hired candidate will receive yearly Pay Raise and bonuses based on performance.
