Administrator Job Responsibilities:
- Manage all incoming phone calls, packages, and general emails.
- Assist with administrative needs as assigned
- Direct calls as needed and maintain customer satisfaction
- Greet and direct customers in showroom
- Assisting Sales Team as needed
- Customer order processing
- Inventory computer controls
- Data entry, filing and record-keeping
- Accounts payable & account receivable entry
- Open order maintenance
- Organizing and administering customer mailings
- General office duties including ordering of office supplies
- Basic Banking and Accounting Services
- Accounts Receivable Collections
- Make Daily Deposits
- All other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- 3-5 Years Related Experience
- Basic computer & email skills
- Superior customer service skills are a must!
- Positive Attitude
- Ability to Adapt to a Growing & Changing Company
