Responsibilities:
  • Maintaining close coordination with GCC Stores and US Teams.
  • Thorough assistance on technical issues for the stores
  • Tracking down stakeholders and keep updated about upcoming Events, Days, National events
  • Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
  • Handle confidential documents up to highest standards.
  • Maintain systems and products used by Edible Stores.
  • Website Management
  • Content Management and Feedback Reporting
  • Determine future stores requirements and make arrangements accordingly.
  • Running errands and performing miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
Skills:
  • 1+ years of proven management experience with Clients.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications, networking, and presentation skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex tasks and prioritize competing demands to meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
