Responsibilities:
- Maintaining close coordination with GCC Stores and US Teams.
- Thorough assistance on technical issues for the stores
- Tracking down stakeholders and keep updated about upcoming Events, Days, National events
- Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
- Handle confidential documents up to highest standards.
- Maintain systems and products used by Edible Stores.
- Website Management
- Content Management and Feedback Reporting
- Determine future stores requirements and make arrangements accordingly.
- Running errands and performing miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
Skills:
- 1+ years of proven management experience with Clients.
- Excellent verbal and written communications, networking, and presentation skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex tasks and prioritize competing demands to meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
