Correspondence Executive (Email/Live Chat)/CS Support Agent
Job Overview
– Should have very good command over spoken and special written English.
– Live chat support to all related web users
– Can communicate with Internal/external staff for their day to day queries & their quick fix.
– Preferably a graduate
– Experience in Customer services role, preferably from a support/call center
– Strong communication and follow-up skills
– Have working knowledge of computer software’s like MS word, excel.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Rs25,000.00 – Rs35,000.00 per month
