Job Description

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Monitor sites to detect suspicious activity and stay in touch with the guards in regular intervals for progress reports.

• Attain proficiency in our Security Guard Management Software utilized to monitor security guards at sites, view their hourly reports, and update the management at Head Office.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of, and adherence to, site protocols.

• Ensure all systems are online, noting any malfunctions, and notify the monitoring center supervisor of all issues.

• Maintain accurate records of all incidents on a site and prepare incident reports for any security events.

Skills and Working Conditions that are Necessary:

• Attention to detail.

• Ability to focus for an extended period of time.

• High command of English language and speaking.

• Should be comfortable with computer and online system, as all the work with be handled through an Application.

• Flexible with scheduling.
