Duties may include using specialist computer software and understanding the requirements of the business you are working in which organization. You could also be required to be customer facing via greeting visitors or email.

The job role of an administrator involves duties Are:

  • Preparing and organizing information in paper and digital form.
  • Dealing with queries on the phone and by email as well as Greeting visitors at reception.
  • Managing Portal scheduling meetings and booking rooms as well as taking quality at meetings.
  • Typing up letters and reports and Arranging travel and accommodation as well as Arranging post and deliveries of organization.
  • Updating computer records using a database and data.
  • Printing and photocopying necessary documents.
  • Ordering office supplies and bring all recods.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Internship
Contract length: 24 months

Salary: Rs30,000.00 – Rs40,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Islamabad: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

  • Intermediate (Preferred)
