BASIC PURPOSE OF JOB
Greenstar Social Marketing invites applications for the positions of Assistant Manager – District Coordinator for an upcoming new project based at various cities of KPK. Assistant Manager – District Coordinator will be responsible for the execution of the project activities at field level with ensuring quality and agreed timelines.
- Responsible mapping and selection of potential providers, sitara bajis for universal coverage and private clinics establishment
- Provide support to regional coordinator and to train sitara bajis and providers on quality indicators and selected themes
- Responsible for data collection, compilation, verification and sharing on the shared software
- Execute project activities, conduct community gathering, area notable meetings and quarterly review meetings for validation as per assigned targets
- Close coordination with the private providers and sitara bajis to ensure timely achievements of the project deliverables without compromising quality
- Validation of reported data by spot checks
- Quick response to providers concerns regarding technical issues by connecting them with technical services lead
- Responsible for record keeping in soft and hard copies
- Provide and ensure the display of IEC (Information Education Communication) material at private health facility and all quality services protocol
- Assist RC in getting onboard private providers and sitara bajis and facilitate process of monthly/quarterly meetings as per project deliverables
- Assist RC in developing monthly, quarterly and annual reports
- Any other task assigned by the supervisor
Knowledge:
