Job description:

BASIC PURPOSE OF JOB
Greenstar Social Marketing invites applications for the positions of Assistant Manager – Program Assistant for an upcoming new project based at Peshawar. Assistant Manager – Program Assistant will be responsible to provide support in maintaining and sharing project documentation and updates, preparing analysis, inter and intra-departmental coordination and manage day-to-day tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • To provide administrative and operational support to Deputy General Manager Programs – KFW
  • To coordinate with field teams and get the required data on weekly/monthly basis
  • Prepare donor / region wise data analysis including comparison of targets vs. achievements of donor deliverables and highlighting progress and areas in need of improvement
  • To maintain updated data on monthly basis for all the program components
  • To prepare monthly and quarterly analysis reports & presentations for the supervisor
  • To ensure proper record keeping in soft and hard copy on daily basis in coordination with Operations team
  • To ensure close liaison with Operations team through phone calls in order to ensure timely project updates
  • To attend project meetings and prepare minutes of the meeting for record and circulation
  • Ensure proper arrangements for visits and meetings with Govt. officials, donors and project team
  • Timely completion of daily tasks, manage record, arrange and collect data and compile as per requirement
  • Maintain repository of pictures and materials obtained from the project activities, meetings, events and visits
  • Any other task assigned by the supervisor
