We are looking for a competent and organized personal assistant to perform personalized administrative duties for senior management. In this role, you will be responsible for scheduling meetings, taking notes, and handling correspondence on behalf of CEO. You may also be required to make travel arrangements and assist with other duties when required.

Personal Assistant Responsibilities:

  • Reporting to senior management and performing secretarial and administrative duties.
  • Typing, formatting, and editing reports, documents, and presentations.
  • Entering data and keeping records.
  • Coordination with internal departments, answering calls.
  • Scheduling appointments, maintaining an events calendar, and sending reminders.
  • Copying, scanning, and faxing documents, as well as taking notes.
  • Preparing facilities for scheduled events and arranging refreshments, if required.
  • Strong communication skills; both written and verbal.
  • Knowledge of general office procedures
  • Knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet software, including Word and Excel
  • Plan Meetings & (Customer service experience-optional)
  • Punctual, Honest and Hard worker
  • Must have own bike.

Education: Bachelor’s degree

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Salary: Rs25,000.00 – Rs28,000.00 per month
